We ALL get tired of the pain but remember that's exactly how Satan wants you...down and out. Don't give him the upper hand. Focus on the good things in your life and don't dwell on your heartache.

Our heavenly Father is with you, so lean on Him.

We are all in club that I wish did not exist. The pain does seem unbearable at times.

I come boldly before Your throne of grace. Your word says that You give strength to the weary, so I ask that You would strengthen me Lord, for I am weary. Bless me Lord with Your presence, that my heart might be encouraged. Help me remember Your faithfulness and Your love that I might stand in faith against the issues that face me.

I'm so so sorry for your pain. I absolutely understand you wanting the pain to end. But there is a huge difference in having the guts to voice this very painful opinion and actually acting on it. You are crying out to us all to just recognize that you are in pain because your EC obviously don't.

In the painful state you are in, you can't recognize anything good in your life. We understand.

Can I tell you one thing my best friend said to me when I was in the exact mood you are in and it snapped me out of it? She said don't you dare do anything stupid because if you do, she wins. Call it perverse thinking but it works for me. Maybe it can work for you. Our continued survival in the face of such personally directed cruelty takes courage and you have it.

Because I care for you, I'd bring coffee and donuts and we could just get fat today together. But I can't. The others here have reached out to you with love and compassion. Know that we all care deeply about you.

I believe that God has given believers the ability to conquer any negative circumstance they may encounter. Regardless of any sickness, lack, emotional issue, or relationship problem we face, we have authority over it through God's Word. Just for today, see yourself with the ability to conqueror this depression and be what God intended you to be!

Believe that He is in control (Ps. 103:19), loves you, and will never leave you (Heb. 13:5). He can turn this adversity into something good.

Thankyou for the prayers and support, last night was so rough. I am still so sad. I wouldn't have the nerve to end my life, I know it isn' t my choice, but I was in so much emotional pain last night that I just wished it was my time. I am trying so hard to let go, I am tired of smiling in front of people and pretending life is peachy. I also thought my husband doesn't need a wife who cannot seem to get over this, it seems so unfair, and I honestly keep trying to rise above this in prayer and attitude. Some days are just the deepest valleys. I apologize to everyone here on this board because you are supportive and I hope for the best for all of you.

Please don't apologize! Since when do we have to be sorry for sharing how we feel on this site? You were one of the first people who responded to me when I came to this site and even though I doubt you are old enough to be my mom, I kind of think of you as a mother to this group- one of several I might add. You are one of the people whose posts I always look for. Even Moms get to curl up and cry some days. or should that be especially moms get to curl up and cry somedays.Even parents who don't have EC have heartbreaks related to their children- no one told me when I went into labor that first time, that it would never end.

I remind myself, we don't have to make it the rest of our lives in this pain- just today.One day at a time.

gma...Glad to see up and facing a new day. I did not truly believe that you would culturally end your life but we can't second guess when a person is serious or not. I think we have all be at the point where you are right now so there is not judgement here. Here you don't have to pretend. It's ok. The main point for you is that you know what letting go of what you have no control over is what you have to do to start getting better. You have direction, but getting to your desired destination does not happen overnight. Spending time in God's word may be hard to do right now but if you can it will help you immensely to start coming out of your pain. Start with the book of John. It is one of the more revealing books about just WHO savior is.

Like warrior said so well, there is no need for apologies for what you are going through. You, and others suffering like you, are what we are here for. You may be in the valleys right now but you can only go up from there - up to the mountains! But, no matter where you are right now, Jesus is there with you, whether it be in the deepest of the deepest valley or on top of the highest mountains.

We have all sinned and fallen short. I realize that patience is very difficult for d me. I also know the depths of dispair when you don't know how to go on. But Christ will uplift us and get us through all of this day by day even minute by.minute. He endured horrendous pain for each of us so He is always there to carry us when we call upon His name. We have all felt hopeless and helpless but we have come together tot one another. We understand the pain and other emotions since we are all suffering from this terrible thing called estrangement. We are here to share, care, give hope and understand. As members of the body of Christ we know that we are loved. We also love one another as brothers and sisters in Christ. Share your feelings because we do know and care. We are here tor you.
