That's lovely. It reminded me of Dottie Rambo's "I've Never Been This Homesick Before". When you think that this life is approximately 70 years, and compare that to eternity, this pain is really just a blip on the screen of time. Here's another one I love:

Oh, yes, yes, barbyshere! Even if we live a full life span, it is just a blip. That makes it even more important that the sorrows in this life don't keep us from enjoying our many blessings and working while it is still light!

Sang that last song at a dear friend's funeral. So very hard to get through it without losing it! And what a beautiful performance. Thanks so much, such a blessing!

Thank you. So true too. My mother recently passed away at a very old age. She always said how this life is like the blink of an eye. Eternity is forever.
