I'm having a sad, empty inside feeling day. I taught my 3 classes at the gym, it is a great way to step outside of the pain. Came home and was not motivated to do much of practically anything. Cried, and thought of how more and more time is slipping by and my GK's are not here. Thinking about losing time, just can't get it together today. Lord how I hope this is not going to last a long time....so tired of everything today. I hope at least some of you had some sunshine in your day and some laughter. Sorry I'm rambling.

If I taght 3 classes at the gym, if I even watched 3 classes at the gym, you'd have to carry me out on a stretcher!! Empty wouldn't be the word for it!!
