I just had to share this! Two nights ago I was talked to my older sister on the phone. I was going on and on about how depressing Mother's Day was going to be...My daughter is 21, lives in another state than I do, is using drugs....need I say more. Last Mother's Day I didn't even get a phone call. Anyway...I was telling her how she probably won't call me, I'm going to be so upset, I'm not even a Mother anymore, I don't have a daughter anymore, well you know. Anyway that night I lay in bed praying, and of course praying for her, and God says to me "didn't I answer your prayers to have a daughter." WHAT!! I said yes. And He said, 'THEN QUIT COMPLAINING". No kidding people! So what I've decided to do is to praise God for the daughter that He gave me. I decided to rejoice in the fact that He answered my long 10 year prayer with a miracle...the Doctors had said that I would never have a baby without fertility drugs. WRONG! I decided to praise God that He promises to deliver my daughter and that even if I never get to see it here on earth, I'll be a witness to it in heaven because I believe GOD! Now, I know that Satan will try to take all of this good news away from me on Mother's day! I know that he'll try to keep me in every way from believing that his word is true instead of God's word! But I choose to believe, I choose to have hope and I choose to stand on the word of my mighty Father in heaven!
