I have been in regular contact with my daughter ever since the birth of her daughter now two months ago. She is still delusional (in my opinion) and still making bad decisions. The best I can do is pray for Gods will and I pray that she finds Him again. I am expecting to see her at a family reunion at the end of May. I am driving nine hours to attend this reunion primarily on the promise that she will be there. (it is a two hour drive for her). I have already told her if she doesn't show up she can plan on seeing me the following day because I am not driving that far and not get to see her and the baby. It is mainly about the baby right now. This person is not the daughter that I raised but I will take what I can get. I am concerned that she is using me for money as I helped with her bills this month. It is all I can do to keep a roof over that babies head and food on the table.

I hate to say the last time I spoke to her, I called my ex-husband and told him sometimes I feel that I was better off not knowing what was going on. I try not to worry because there is nothing I can do. I have put all of this in Gods hands and know someday things will be better.

That is all I have but wanted to share that is has been two months since our "reconciliation." Walking on eggshells all of the time toughen up more than just your feet.
