This may have been already posted but this idea was given to me early this morning and I plan on doing it , not only for my ED but for myself .
Make an email account for your EC , write to them from your email , daily or weekly stuff , just stuff you want to share or say , the memories or hurts . Pictures , anything you want to share , as if they were not estranged . Give the password to someone you trust to give it to them , or find a way to get it to them . You don't even have to give it to them now , leave it for them in a will or last letter ( which is my intention ) You make that decision .
It doesn't matter to me whether she reads the messages now or 10 years from now , we're estranged , I've come to terms about this , but my reaching out this way will become my way of letting her know when she does drop that wall of estrangement , whether while I am living or passed , I never stopped thinking about her .

Right now I need to just be in prayer as we await the prognosis of my husband's cancer reports. I asked God to comfort me and he is doing a good job, except when "I" wonder away from Him into worry.
