YaY!! One of my ES called me tonight (at midnight!) Fri 6/17/11 ... to tell me that his very first child is EXPECTED & will become my 13TH grandchild! All of my other EC have at least one G/C... Isn't it GREAT that he called me. ..Said he wasn't going to but CHANGED his mind.

I am so happy for the turnaround in you son. I do hope it continues to improve and that you will have the chance to be a grandmother to your new granchild when it is born. Fourteen grandchildren? Wow, that should keep you busy. How many do you get to see? God is good isn't He?

It will be JUST 13 g/c ... But did i mention he had been ES until last year when he called me up (in answer to prayers) after 19 yrs of EC thanks to my DIL who realized he could never make peace w/o me. They have been together for 10 yrs.

They come in & out of my life like their parents do There are 2 that I have had continually present, 3 others that were for a while (but know well NaNa loves them) and 7 that I have had little contact with. My instance has been going on for 20 yrs. I hug them WELL when I am WITH them ALL... EC & G/C !!

So ~ NEVER give up Hope in the Lord ~ HE is EVER PRESENT !!

At present, my oldest grandchild is 17 and my youngest, 7 months. My oldest child is 28; my youngest 27. EC is nothing new to me... I am new to this group ~ NOT this situation.

OOPS!! That SHOULD read my oldest child is 38 (thirty eight) not 28 !! I NEED prayer for my typing ~ TKY-VM!!
