Christian overcomers Community Group
This is a Christian Group for people that are seeking healing or overcoming challenges through Biblical advice. Our key verse is 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."

1 John 5:14-15 "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked him for."
(The following was written by Gary Keesee, to help us understand what this verse is talking about, and how it applies to us)
When this verse says He hears us, it is not talking about hearing us audibly as in hearing our words through sound waves; it is talking about Him taking the case. Think of a judge who hears a case to ensure that justice is done. The courtroom and the judge are there to ensure that justice is done. The courtroom and the judge are there to insure that justice is available to every citizen. The judge's decision is not based on his feelings but based on the law which he presides over to enforce for every citizen. The judge is there to ensure that justice (the enforcement of law) has taken place according to the written law. In God's case, His throne (the place of authority) and His power are there to ensure justice (the enforcement of His will) to all men who come to Jesus and His Kingdom.
Please read that statement again very slowly and let it bounce off of your current view of God. Most people feel that God makes His decisions on a case-by-case basis, but that is not true. He is the King of the Kingdom with laws that do not change. He does not and will not make decisions outside of His law. Thus we can know what His law answer will be before we ask, and we can be certain that we have what His law says before we can see it because He has the power to carry out the enforcement of His law.
As Drenda (Gary's wife) and I began to learn of our legal rights in the Kingdom, it dramatically changed how we thought about God and the Bible. The result of our new understanding was changed lives. No more begging. No more pleading. We learned what God said was legally already given to us as citizens of His Kingdom. We just needed to continue to learn how to legally lay claim to what was legally ours and release it in the earth realm. Think of cashing a check. Although you may have a lot of money in your checking account, there is a legal process by which you lay claim to the money and cash the check. There is a process in any legal system whereby we lay legal claim to something, even if we already own it.
2 Peter 1:3 "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of his who called us by hisown glory and goodness."
It is a kingdom! Those that are citizens of the Kingdom have the same rights as anyone else who is a citizen in the Kingdom. It is important that we understand this point: Kingdoms operate by laws and laws do not change. Why is this important? It is important because it means that if the Kingdom works and operates based on unchanging laws, then there is no respect of persons in the Kingdom. Instead, everyone in the Kingdom has the same right to enjoy the operation of Kingdom law on their behalf just and any other person in the Kingdom can.
Here is where things get a little confused in the church world. Most Christians think that God arbitrarily decides what He wants to do in someone’s life. In other words they think that God chooses to bless someone and not someone else. They think God allows things to happen to people that they have no control over. They think He will heal one person and not another. Most Christians beg for God to help them when He has already done all He is going to do to help them. He gave them the Kingdom, all the Kingdom!
To gain a basic understanding of the Kingdom law, we must understand this primary and foundational point” God gave Adam compete jurisdiction over the earth. He was to rule over it.
Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our own image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the sky, over the livestock, and over the creatures that move along the ground.’”
--Genesis 1:26
I think Hebrews 2:7-9 makes it very clear:
You made him a little lower than the angels: you crowned him with glory and honor and put everything under his feet. In putting everything under him, God left nothing that is not subject to him.
At least for now, understand that God cannot exercise His authority in the earth realm (in the Kingdom of men) unless a man or woman who has legal jurisdiction here releases heaven’s authority. That is why Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 18:18:
“I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.’”
Again, heaven has no jurisdiction here in the earth realm unless it is through a man or woman who looses it here. That is why Jesus is saying here that if a man or woman will release heaven’s authority here, heaven will back it up. If we don’t, heaven can’t….
God lost his jurisdiction in the affairs of men when Adam essentially kicked God out through his rebellion. It is here that Satan gains his jurisdiction over mankind as well.
The devil led him (Jesus) up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, ‘I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given me (by Adam), and I can give it to anyone I want to. If you worship me, it will be yours.’”
--Luke 4:5-7
Consequently God lost His legality in the earth realm as He lost the man that carried it—Adam… There are answers to your problems. Remember, a kingdom is a government, and it functions by laws that are impartial and available to any citizen living under the jurisdiction of the kingdom. As I stated earlier in the book, the Kingdom of God is built upon justice (the legal process which accesses God’s authority to enforce what His law says is right.) and righteousness.

Healing Journey of Gina Boop
Gina Boop suffered a sudden stage-5 aneurysm. She was in a coma in the hospital, and the neurologist said they were going to do a procedure to relieve the pressure. But she would only have a 10% chance of surviving it, and if she did survive the procedure, she most likely would not come out of the operating room alive.
Her husband Bud looked at the doctor and said, “Those are great facts, but Jesus Christ healed her 2,000 years ago, and she’s going to be just fine. “ The doctor looks at him and said, “Do you understand what I am telling you?”
Bud didn’t care what the doctor said, or what the doctor thought. What he cared about was seeing God’s will come to pass through his wife’s complete recovery. He believed Gods’ Word in the midst of an impossible situation.
When his daughter got to the hospital, her dad was being asked questions by the doctors. She reminded her dad that they needed to stand on God’s Word and everything that they had learned about healing.
Bud said he was thinking about Psalm 91:16 “With long life I will satisfy you.” He said, “O.k., this is not long life.” Then the doctor was showing him pictures of her brain and telling him that there is a “Y” in the back of her head: one path goes to walking, and the other goes to talking. Which one do you want me to cut off?” Bud remembered in one of Andrew Wommack’s teachings he said that how you start a battle is often how you finish it. So he decided that this would be his starting point, and he answered the doctor and said, “Cut off walking, it doesn’t matter, she will be fine.” The doctor said, “No, she will need assistance when she walks, if she ever walks again.” He replied with, “No, she was healed by Jesus 2,000 years ago, and she is going to be just fine.”
When doctor went into surgery he was still convinced she would only have a 10% chance of surviving, but after the surgery he came out and said, “We’ve made a great leap forward, but she only has a 25% chance of surviving the next 3 days.” Bud smiled at the doctor and said, “So you’re saying I’m one of the 25?” The doctor replied skeptically, “Well…. I guess, but she’s going to have seizures.” Bud said, “No doc, she’s not. She’s been healed by Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago.”
That night before he went to bed, he asked God to give him some visions of what he and his wife would be doing together in the future. He went to sleep and dreamed about them going to Costco, and playing with their dog in the park.
The next morning, Bud called Andrew Wommack, and Andrew prayed a prayer of faith. He declared that Gina was healed. He prayed for Bud to be able to look past the negative things he would see with his eyes, and just believe God’s Word: that He wants us well, and God has already provided the healing. Andrew spoke healing into Gina’s body.
Bud said he didn’t understand some aspects of the prayer. He wondered why Andrew said to look past things. He believed the healing was a done deal, but he didn’t realize there were negative things that would pop up, and he needed to be prepared. He began to watch videos of other people’s healing testimonies to see where they gathered their strength. On one video a woman said God gave her Romans 8:6, “To be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.”
Bud took that verse and said, “This is a black and white situation.” He knew he needed to remove any negativity. Any negative word spoken over Gina would need to be countered, and any negative people would need to be removed. On the positive side, they kept speaking healing over Gina.
There was an instance where an intern came into the room and started speaking negatively, and Bud told him that if he had anything else to say concerning Gina, then he needed to say it outside the room, because none of that was going to happen, Gina was healed by Jesus.
The doctors were unable to convince Bud that Gina was going to die, so they talked to one of Bud’s friends and said, “Gina is the sickest patient in any hospital right now, and I need your help in convincing your friend that Gina is not going to walk out of this hospital alive.” He said, “You don’t know my friend. He’s believed in healing for years, he didn’t just adopt this belief in the last week or two since his wife got sick, this is how this man is wired.” He said Gina’s room was one of the most faith filled rooms he had ever seen. They only allowed visitors that believed in healing. People came in and read and spoke Scriptures. They also shared testimonies. They knew Gina was healed, even if it took a while for it manifest into her body.
One day she woke up, and after 6 long weeks in the hospital she was able to go home. They gave her occupational and physical therapy at home. They kept believing for a complete healing. Bud said, “Where was that partial healing that Jesus did, and where did He just kind of leave the blind man with one blind eye, and the other to where he could see?” He said, “Oh, it’s not there, when Jesus healed he healed completely.” They showed a clip of Andrew on his program telling people to use their authority, and speak to their problems and resist he devil. Tell him to get out of your life. Today Gina is completely well, and she has left doctors baffled. People that have that kind an aneurysm, don’t have a complete recovery.
