I love to read Christian fiction novels. I have just finished the Circle trilogy by Ted Dekker and started Adam by the same author. What kind of books does everyone read and what are they called? I love to hear of new books to read, both fiction and non-fiction.

I haven't read Left Behind yet, seen the movie. Those are a little too scary for me.

I've read all of the Left Behind Series, and really enjoyed them. The movies do not do the books justice. You really should give the first one a try, after that you will be hooked.

never read the fiction novels. but i DO want to read Adam! i work at a bookstore where you can check em up like a library as long as you bring em back in sellable condition. well let me know how it is!

I am reading Adam now and it is a bit creepy. The part I am reading right now takes place in Manitou and Colorado Springs, CO and I own a child care center in Manitou and live in Colorado Springs. I know the places they talk about and it makes it very real. It is pretty intense right now and I love it.

Some other things I really enjoy is CS Lewis. I loved Mere Christianity, but my most fav of his is The Great Divorce. Has anyone read any CS Lewis.

I read one book by Kingsbury. On Every Side. I really enjoyed how it brought politics and history into it.

Have you read The Shack, by William P. Young? It's so awsome! You will see Father as you never have before. It's truly life changing. My husband and I have bought many copies and given them to friends and family. It's that good! You can get it on Amazon, Christian bookstores and Borders. (they can hardly keep it on the shelf!)

I think the main reason that they scare me is because I don't want to be left behind. It reminds me also that there are going to be so many who are left behind and alot could end up being my loved ones.
I probably should read them and give them a chance, I know there is a happy ending, but everything up until them just scares me.

I love to read! I recommend 'A LOVA LIKE NO OTHA' by stephanie moore! Its a good read! Well I thought so anyway! Its good when you have taken your eye off your true love 'God', its fiction!

I have read "Christ The Lord out of Egypt" By Anne Rice, it has 26 chapters in,the Life of Jesus son of God, and little accounts of what it may have been, like for Jesus growing from child hood to a man,a King!
