Thank you kathilee. Though I have not been very active in our group recently I am incredibly saddened to read there has been a little turmoil as of late. Please friends let us remember of what was so eloquently said above and seek help from an admin, friend, etc. If you feel you are the recipient of a mal intended post or reply. We ate not to further participate in allowing for the situation to escalate. We are all here for the purpose of sharing in our common bond of Jesus, not in the interest of being guided by our egos need to be,right.

Thank you Kathilee. There sure has been some upheaval lately. Discussion, even debate, is of value as long as it is done with love and respect but we must never forget the reason for this group is Jesus.

I took part in some wild discourse yesterday. I apologize to the group for my behavior.

Thank you very much Kathilee .We are here to encourage and support each other in a kind and loving fashion . Jesus would not want to read the negative posts that some have chosen to submit . We are here to feel his love fill our hearts through the computer not to feel anxiety . The world provides us with enough things to worry about .

Jesus said the second most important commandment is to love other as we love ourselves .Please, demonstrate compassion for us here .

No need to appologize Compost. Vigorous discussion about important matters regarding the Word is both educational and helpful in our walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. And I know who this post is intended for as well. I would have to be am absoulute fool if I did not know that it is me!!! That's ok my friends because I take no offense at criticism. My posts may not always be fluffy and peachy, but they ARE real and they DO have merit no matter what anyone else thinks. I sleep like a baby each night assured by my love for Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit which live inside my heart. I believe that getting people talking is an important part of being "active" members of Christ's Church and I do my very best to achieve that goal. My intent is not nor ever will be to rile people up and if you get that feeling from my posts it was NEVER my intent. I sleep like a baby too. the Lord created us each differently and SNM you have to respect the fact that not everyone enjoys debates and aggressive posts..If in the future, your responses are aggressive, they will be deleted. As far as I am concerned, there are fundamentals and nothing is up for debate..Jesus loves us, he died, and rose to save us. We each live according to the Spirit.

What may be right for you is not right for everyone..Have you considered starting your own group to have debates about religion? Because this group is NOT about that!

I see that I am once again taken completely the wrong way in this group. If my posts seem aggressive then I am, as I was with Compost, at a loss. By the way I don't expect everyone to agree with me. If I did I would be the biggest hypocrite on the face of this earth. What I am is "passionate" about my faith and in particular the Word of God. If that comes off as aggressive it is again NOT my intent. As far as fundamental beliefs go this world in which we live today truly needs the fundamental beliefs that make up our Christian faith. There are far too many "false" preachers and teachers out there deceiving people by the thousands with things like the "prosperity" gospel. It won't hurt the Church of Christ one bit to get back to and maintain its roots. That is the problem with liberal thinking in our society and within the church itself in the 21st century. It allows things that no one would have stood for a second 50 years ago, like ministers being forced to perform gay marriages in their churches for example, to get an ok from people today. And why would I start my own group especially on the topic of religion? Religion is what is wrong with many churches today. All the "man made" and non Godly things that stand in the way of our faith. I am and always will be a servant of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who endevours to get the message of salvation through His sacrifice on the cross to as many people as I possibly can. This is what Jesus gave as the assignment to His disciples and to ALL believers in the Gospels. We need to be working to that end in everything we do. I respect you for your opinions and I expect you to respect mine as well. That IS a huge part of the mission statement of this group and it is why I don't plan on going anywhere. Oh and I just want to mention one other thing. The latest post I put up entitled "The Real Message of Christmas - A Story of Salvation" does not have anything to do with pastor Charles Lawson or his church. I wanted to clarify that since it appears that you have been ignoring my posts or simply dismissing them. I don't do that with your posts and I would really appreciate it if you didn't do it with mine. I do have a heart and a BIG one actaully and it hurts to treated the way I have been treated here. You may not know it, but in your own way you have treated me poorly too and again it hurts. Sorry for bothering you.

Chris, I am sorry if I hurt you . I don't have time to go on and on. Not everyone responds to all of my posts either..Thats just the way it is..We are all made with different personalities and the Lord and Holy Spirit asks each of us to spread His love in our own ways..Please stop trying to control us and give the Holy Spirit more credit..I don't follow PEOPLE , I follow Christ and the Holy Spirit leads me..If someone tells me to do something
and it doesn't ring true for me after my prayer , then I don't do it.

Are you really being serious my friend? I am truly stunned and dumfounded now more than ever. I know that I am NOT the best Christian in any setting nor am I trying to be and if it was not ABUNDANTLY clear I give the Holy Spirit ALL the credit and I always have. I was going to put this in my last reply, but I thought it might come off he wrong way. I don't answer to ANY person nor do I expect anyone to answer to me. I am NOT here in this world to please ANY person including most of all myself. What I am here for is to please the One who created me being God the Father and I am also here to give all the honor, glory and praise to His only Son Jesus Christ. Now you know what is behind ALL my efforts including my posts in this group and in others. It is NOT for me it is for Him. That is all I am about and I do appreciate you taking the time to reply to me. One other thing is the fact that I am without a doubt the lowest of the low, as Paul called himself as a sinner, when it comes to prayer. Some people just have that in them as a gift from the Lord. I am not one of them, so I could really use your prayers in that regard. Thanks again for being such a good friend and a sister in Christ Jesus. God Bless you always.
