Christian Fellowship Community Group
A safe place for Christians who Love Jesus Christ to meet and ask for prayer and share scriptures from the bible. We value the posting of Christian music, poems, stories and also personal testimonies. Please let us know your needs, concerns and have some fun getting to know each other. We treat each other with respect.
Thank you kathilee. It saddens me that some don't have the same ease or capability of taking God's word to heart as others. People who want to be saved but are afraid is the one that makes my heart ache the most. There's enthusiasm there, there's want, but at the first sign of trouble they go to their old ways because it brings some type of familiarity or misunderstood comfort. I had been a person who did not listen because I felt I was underserving of it and didn't have the capability to understand or feel as others did who heard the word and embraced it. I as others do felt lost. I kept repeating the same pattern and mistakes because it was all I knew. Nothing worked until I finally asked God for help. Asked him for forgiveness and significantly enough humbly asked for his help to bring encouragement in my life, to not allow me to go back to those patterns and be with me so I felt his comfort and love. To remind me that I have a decision to make to serve him especially in times of trial, fear and confusion. He did that for me and all I had to do was ask. He helped strengthen my relationship with him in order to not be lost when the going got tough and he did. All I had to do was ask. And now my heart is full of him, full of wisdom supplied by him, and full of enthusiasm that has the ability of propelling me to opportunities that embrace God and his plan for me.
Praise Jesus.
God Bless everyone here in this group..may the Lords love be felt powerfully in your lives.

By the way I love this story and I feel that it has some special meaning for me.
He seats then with the princes of their people
In this particular story much of the seed is wasted, but enough of it survives, and thrives, to give an abundant harvest.
