I am really not able without the Lords help. My heart is willing but my body is getting older( almost 50)
I have been really taking care of myself..my eating only healthy whole foods now ..no sugar and i have been exercising . I do all of this for the Glory of The Lord as I am a soldier and need to press on working for the Kingdom as Gods child.
