Christian Fellowship Community Group
A safe place for Christians who Love Jesus Christ to meet and ask for prayer and share scriptures from the bible. We value the posting of Christian music, poems, stories and also personal testimonies. Please let us know your needs, concerns and have some fun getting to know each other. We treat each other with respect.
Here's another. Lord please bless those suffering from Alzheimer's. As their awareness of this world diminishes, increase their awareness of You and the world to come. Amen.
May God lift you up and bring you strength during this trying time. May he bring hope and hold her close under his wing and protect her always.
My mother in law's mother is also suffering from Alzheimer's. I pray for her daily. My friend's mother also suffered but thankfully she is with the lord now. She was a beautiful soul, very loving, kind, tenderhearted among other beautiful traits. She too suffered from Alzheimer's. In her last days she was unable to eat or drink and a couple of days before she passed she was also in a coma. At her bedside my friend and her daughter both prayed and watched over her as they knew her time was near. Her breathing was also very labored and she would constantly gasp for air. When she was calmed down and her breathing regulated my friend and her daughter sat on the couch next to her bedside trying to wind down for sleep themselves when my friends daughter finally heard her moving. They went over to her, she opened her eyes and smiled and murmured something and she passed as they held her. That was a gift from God which they are eternally grateful for. They too feel the same way. She is with Jesus now and that brings us great peace.
I hope it will bring you strength to know that God is keeping your mother, her memories and all that she is safe. I myself believe that if our minds aren't here they must be elsewhere. Perhaps just awaiting the soul to rejoin.
Thank You

The medication is no longer working
I'm sorry for your loss
Thank you very very much
I try to help her a little but she will not let me
She is too proud
