We have all faced pain. I admit when I am in pain physically or emotionally, I am weak. but the truth is "when we are weak the HE is strong"
Its hasn't been easy for us to admit that we have been hurt by others. The truth is the healing wont happen until we face the truth. We have been hurt. All of us have been but its OK, in fact, its needed. We should be vulnerable. Vulnerability shows the true self. The true spirit.
Its in the spiritual growth that we experience love and, Its where love grows.healing of the heart
Truth is that I start taking on too much and get my life out of balance because I think I can do more that I actually can and more than God wants me to do. I repent
I surrender to Jesus. He is carrying me now and I am in the anointing of the Holy Spirit, well for today..until once again, I try to move off a little on my own..Its not that I am falling away..I still LOVE God..I just get out of balance...too much work not enough sleep and migraine headache and then the enemy steps in when I am weak. ITs OK though because there is always growth. Striving for growing is the best!

Dear Lulu, I am and will pray for you..its good to share with safe people. The hurts need to b released in some matter.I used to share my pain with unsafe people who would kick me when I was down. No more..A good councellor or just asking God .I pray the holy spirit will guide you to release the pain and hurts and that you would feel Gods love and comfort. He is fully capable of healing and softening their hearts and as our hearts are softened they may so feel safe to release their pain as well! bless you.
I struggled with differentiating religion vs. faith... as I believe many struggle with. I have learned to let go of the pettiness of what religion is defined and am able to say, that is not where my trust lies, it lies in God. It in truth, it lies in love.
I am a firm believer in being able to spread God's love in other ways then just preaching (as talking about God is not yet easy for me, I feel I need to educate myself in order to stand firm against questions). It is why I humbly take the route of being able to be a witness to God's love, so that others are touched with kindness through me (God's vessel and humble servant) in order for their lives to be touched positively and feel inspired to also seek the lord.
I ask God to please help me express God's love in an eloquent manner as I feel my words (not his) are lacking direction. I have always been able to express my thoughts, intentions, and over all message in writing.. it's something I hope to translate into spoken words for the sake of those who will be touched more powerfully through conversing about this way of life that is like you mentioned, living.
May the holy spirit continue to live in each of you so you may realize your soul's potential. It is my prayer that your souls find ah ha moments and growth. God bless each and everyone of you. For you are a blessing in the lives of many, even those who you don't believe you have impacted. A simple smile, a simple act of compassion towards a stranger you will never meet again will send a ripple of positivity that will touch their hearts the way only the lord can.

True Christianity is God breathed.
I'm not knocking "religion." We all need the fellowship that is afforded through religion.
But we must not forget the Giver of Life!!
