Kittycat, what is troubling you? Is it pain or circumstances? God is with you, no matter what is going on. I feel your agony, and I just want to reach out and give you a hug!

Here are some scriptures that encouraged me when I have been through hard times.

"“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,
and the flame shall not consume you.
3 For I am the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, your Savior." Isa. 43:1-3

"Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4 and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5 and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us." Romans 5:3-5.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding,
In all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths." Prov. 3:5-6

Write them on an index card and read them and memorize them. Meditate on them. Then you have God's Word hidden in your heart.

As for prayer, I will put you on my prayer list.

"Heavenly Father, I just pray for kittycat who has reached out for prayer, because her life is overwhelming her. Please help her to continue, and comfort her with your presence in this deep valley. Help her to know that you are in control, and there with her through whatever she is suffering. Give her back your joy, in spite of what is happening. Send your Holy Spirit to minister to her body, soul and mind. We praise you and give you all the glory for what you are doing and going to do in kittycat's life. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen,"

Hi i will pray for you kittycat i have been in the same frame of mind as you before and know its not a nice place to be in life but its true what they say when your that low on the bottom the only way is up.Please stay strong if you ever need to talk send me a request.Good luck hun big hugs x x x

I will pray too. I don't know what your issues are, but God does and I will let the Holy Spirit guide me in prayer. Please don't give up. Whatever is wrong, someone here has probably gone through it too and can help you. I will pray that God answers all our prayers!

Dear friend, you posted this last Saturday, and we are now a week later. How are you?? This is the first time I am reading of your distress and I am praying that you have been able to receive some sort of comfort and help over the last seven days. Like you, there have been many moments in my life where I have despaired, and said to God: "I just can't take this anymore!" I understand how low this emotional/physical/mental pain can take you. God will meet you wher you are dear kittycat. Please know that you are still being prayed for.
Please also, post a comment so that we know you are o.k. and perhaps in a better place today??

I am still here but still no better.:( I am working on some things but nothing yet has been done. I will write more later if I can.
