I don't think many of you know that Moore is only about 75 miles north of where I live. One of the little girls that went to school with my daughter lost everything. We have been so blessed here. People from all over the country have flown in to help. Many hotels have opened free rooms to victims, even allowing pets. Please continue to pray they need it.
Yesterday morning I took my husband to work so I was awake at 5:20 when all the air in my bedroom sucked out of my window air conditioning unit. A second or two later it rushed back in. I remember thinking, ' I don't hear a tornado.' The news said it was a 75 mile an hour wind gust. Later yesterday afternoon they confirmed a tornado in our area. The sirens didn't go off or anything. I am so grateful that nothing happened to my house or me. My mother is thinking about coming this weekend. I told her that there are supposed to be more storms. Please pray for her safety too. She did say if they looked to bad that she would not come.
BUT PLEASE, PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR MOORE OKLAHOMA,. Recovery will take a long time. For those that lost children, much longer.
