I grew up with them and loved there Christian messages . Peppermint Patty was my favorite .

I loved when Charlie B picked the little tree that was in bad shape (like me ) .But it had some life left in it .No one wanted it but Charlie B was not into commercialism & when he all the children decorated it (after criticizing him for buying it) it looked good. THEY let their love shine onto it & surprised Charlie B with it .

That was a GREAT story & gave me goose bumps .
