I saw this in action today when my child was starting to get upset about something he perceived as unfair. With love, I very quickly helped him see it a different way and he changed back to his happy self in an instant. I merely presented a different option, but he chose which is ultimately what self-control is about.
Thank you for posting this video as a reminder of all the ways the fruits of the Spirit are there, ready and waiting for us to enjoy.
