I know many have said that animals will not go to Heaven ( or hell ) because they have no souls. Really? How does one know who or what has a soul and doesn’t? How does one come to know that animals have no souls? I see no proof that animals have no soul so it is very possible they do have souls.

I have also have heard that animals will not go to Heaven ( or hell ) because they do not have the knowledge of either to make a choice. This is true to me in the aspect they lack knowledge to make a choice, but babies go to Heaven and they to lack the knowledge to make a choice. Who wouldn’t animals have the same possibility of going to Heaven?

I can not and do not believe that God created any life form ( animals included ) that have no soul or have no chance of going to Heaven. God is a loving God and I can not see in his ultimate love of creating, he would create such life not with the possibility of going to Heaven.

Yes, i do believe animals go to Heaven. I have not a single reason not to believe this or anything said so far to make me believe other wise. Your dog, in my believes, is in Heaven and you will see them again. Where’s the proof to say other wise?

So sorry about your dog, Kathy. I figure it this way. God loves us and is not likely to forever deprive us of our loved ones, whatever species they may be. Heaven won't be heaven without dogs, that's for sure.

Sweetie, I'm sorry to hear about you doggie. I know this is breaking your heart and pets become like family so it is normal for you to be concerned where s/he goes after s/he dies. I don't know if our pets will be in heaven, but God created the earth and put all kinds of creatures on it which leads me to believe he enjoys them like we do. Genesis Ch 1 v 25 says "God saw it was good,' after He created them. Later in Genesis God instructs man to rule over them. That means to care or be a custodian. When God flooded the earth, He made sure Noah took 2 of every kind so there would be animals. Yes, some were needed to eat, but man does not eat every animal.

Like I said, I don't know if our pets will be there, but there are things in the Bible that say there will be animals. Here are two I found:

Isaiah 11:6-9 “The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together; and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the cobra’s den, the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.

In Revelation chapter 19 Jesus returns with His army of saints on white horses.

All I know is that it was man who sinned, not animals. Jesus spoke of caring for every sparrow that falls to the ground.

A good kind and gracious GOD wants our every happiness, for eternity.

I figure if that includes our beloved pets, yep, I figure they will be there.

Once I had a vision of our dog who had passed running in the field with my hubbys dad who had also passed. I believe dogs are in heaven and I will pray for you to be comforted by the Lord .We are Very sorry for your loss.
