Peace can be found in the most smallest and biggest of times. I truly believe if we dedicate our energies to God, to good, to love peace soon follows.

I too seek peace, but the hard reality is that there will not be true peace in this world until Christ comes again in glory. I will still strive and work towards it as well, but I have no delusion of the realities in this world and in the book of Revelation....

Revelation 19:15

Christ's second coming and ONLY His second coming will bring peace to all the nations of this earth. Sorry to be a wet sponge, but I believe that reality is more profitable to the Christian soul than fantasy!!!

You know that we CAN have peace in this life and in our souls when we have the Holy Spirit. He brings me peace and I trust in the Lord and that's where the peace is.

I have no delusions!! there is much evil in this world but PRAISE the LORD He has OVERCOME it!!!!

I don't deny that we can have peace within ourselves and amongst our Christian brothers and sisters through the Lord Jesus Christ and indeed I DO have that peace. What I am saying is that there will NEVER be peace among ALL peoples and nations in this world until Christ comes again. John 16:33, which you quoted says it very clearly. In this world you will have "trouble". This is NOT atlking about the earth. It IS talking about the world and the "systems" that run this world which are products of Satan. We "live" in this world, but we are not "of" this world and shoud never try to be.
