Man I am just really struggling today. First day back to work and the routine, I guess I have more triggers here than I realized because I can't get him out of my head. I can't seem to focus on any work or getting anything done. I hate myself and feel empty right now. I know it will pass, but it's so hard to wait it out.
The biggest thing that got to me today is that the OW unfriended me on facebook. Which is ridiculous because I shouldn't even have her on fb and have thought about unfriending her several times but didn't have the strength. She really is doing me a favor, but she once was a friend of mine and it still hurt. Part of me also wonders if it's because now I can't see anything about his life through her that is bothering me so much. What a mess I am.

Noti I'm sorry today is a bad day--just know that there are good days and bad days and both are totally normal. Enjoy the good, power through the bad. And I get the FB thing--part of your control was taken away by not being the one to do the unfriending, and now your window to his life is gone. I know it's hard to, but think of it as a blessing in disguise, and I agree with Clover--block both of them so you're not tempted to creep the little bit you can see.
