Have been married for ten years with two kids. I've been cheating and I don't know why I can't stop, why is this so hard. All I have to do is say no and no contact no nothing , not see this person forever! I've had doubts of my marriage ever since we got married, but I know that he loves me beyond a doubt and treats me so good but why in the fuck would I do this. I have bipolar and I've about commited suicide over this whole thing! I can't stop thinking about this other guy, he has a lot of things that I like about him! But is it really worth it. Even sex is better with this guy! I have gone down to the lowest depths of hell. If he finds out I will loose him and my kids and home and everything. This other guy is like an addiction that I can't kick. It's really bad when you have to hide everything ! I do love my husband but there's just a lot that this other guy has to offer that he don't. I don't know what to do, yes say I'm a fucking looser because I am. I hate myself. I could have said no to begin with. Very depressed and at rock bottom, I'm afraid if I loose my husband I will commit suicide. Please God help! Also I have an addiction to getting attention from other men because I was without a father growing up. I need to do something soon or I will loose my whole famiy and my life even. This is life or death.Please no hateful comments!
So very sorry for your pain. I am kinda new here but what I found and I hope you will very quickly see is this is a support group for those that have felt the same way. We have a commonality and know that you are not alone. You at least toke this step to reach out for help.
I sense a desperation that immediatly needs addressed. Best advise I could give you right now is keep reading and posting. Panic will get you nowhere but set you up to make bad decisions.. Believe me, I know and I thank God I found this site as I was somewhat desperate myself. Try to calm yourself, establish some concrete structure anyway you can get it. It will help you to gather knowledge to start making some firm decisions that only you can. Something tells me that if you don't someone else will be making decisions for you and it will be completely out of your control. And remember you are not alone.
