Well, it sounds like you need to start with your own marriage and figure out what to do with the "not feeling "in love"" for 10 years part. What makes you feel that way and do you want to continue feeling that way with your husband? Is it something you think could be changed? Start addressing that, and I think you'll get some more personal direction within yourself about what to do with the friend who may be more of an emotional affair. My standard reaction is that you shouldn't cut off your friend, because my standard reaction is that we need friends and "why can't we all just get along". But, I know that isn't always the best course of action for everyone or every situation at any given time.
