Well took another big step deleted every email every picture every txt contacts completely blocked on phones, Facebook LinkedIn email!!! Let her try and see what I'm up to and she'll never know how I'm restoring love and happiness!!! Hope she finds it too!!!

Restore, I'm so happy you're doing well.....but.....you may want to check out the 5 stages of grief. You are progressing normally but you have a long way to go. Just know, whatever you are feeling.....feel it......it will pass and you will be on to bigger and better things.

And I know it's helping you now so it's ok but in the future, please don't get comfort from the demise of the OW. Remember, she is hurting too.

I deactivated Facebook account. I deleted texts as I went, so nothing there. Emails gone. Can't bring myself to block xAp on phone or delete her fb photos on my phone. In time maybe, but I feel sick when I think about doing that. The problem is of corse that every time the phone rings or text beeps I think it might be her.
