Im not going to make this long or beat about the bush ive cheated on my wife far too many times now i work away too much in a job a just cant leave doing it once was bad enough then again and again and again everytime im away i just get the urge to do it i love my wife i really do nothing will change that but how can i change to stop hurting her ive caused far too much pain.
Currently going through something very similar. It’s difficult to truly understand why we do the things we do, but putting in front of you the consequences per act on what will you lose if the truth came out from any engagement outside your marriage.
Ultimately, prepare for worse case scenarios, change your environment (both personal and professional), decide to either come clean or hide your mistakes, and most of all take care of yourself. Go out and enjoy your company no one else and clear your mind.
