I am new here, looking for advice and trying to understand myself and find answers as to 'why' I cheated on my boyfriend of 6 yrs.
I am hoping to get back together with him - we've been 'apart' for about a year and a half but we're still 'friends'.
I am having difficulty following conversations as I don't know what all the acronyms are.
For example:
AP? Can someone please explain the more commonly used ones so that I understand the conversations that are taking place?

CS= cheating spouse
BS= betrayed Spouse
OW = other woman
OM = other man
H- husband
W- wife
EA = Emotional Affair
PA = Physical Affair
STBX = Soon To Be Ex
IC = Individual Counseling
MC = Marriage Counseling
