Does romantic intrigue ever find its way into your dreams?

I am not seeing anyone now, on any basis. Last night, I dreamed that I was lying in bed next to a nondescript woman who I knew was married, and, as we woke up, she declared loudly how wonderful I was and how she wanted me to stay with her, all as her husband lay asleep next to her on the other side of the bed.

I remember feeling very anxious by her lack of discretion, and hurried to leave before he woke up.

Now THAT's an interesting dream! I can't say I've had any dreams quite like that. I have had a few dreams about the OM, thankfully not too many, I think three to five times in the 3.5 years since Dday. They've never been sexual even, just that we are in the same place at the same time. I dream about H sometimes and sometimes the dreams are sexual, usually that we are getting sexual in inappropriate places, Lol. Or how about those wonderful naked in public dreams. Gotta love those! (now where did I leave my clothes!)

I own a cleaning business and unfortunately most of my dreams are dedicated to cleaning random places, Lol. It is infinitely unfair to have to do that while I am sleeping and I don't even get paid for those! I did dream, not too long ago that i was cleaning for the President! He came in and greeted me like any other homeowner.

I do have a client, for real, who is good friends with Willy Nelson and sang a duet with him. He has a home nearby. (I haven't actually seen it, but I have know he has one near here) I told my client to put in a good word for me with Willy to clean his house, Lol. She can tell him I cleaned for the president. (in my dreams) Ha ha.

Yes, my dreams have always been very telling...

I understand the "sexual in inappropriate places" dreams, as well as "naked in public" dreams, which I have had since I was a child. Both types of dreams, I think, indicate shame and vulnerability. Having an affair can really bring those feelings to the surface.

For me, the sense of danger was very troubling, never exhilarating as it can be for some people.

jtk6204....don't give your dreams much thought, really. When we are recovering from our A's, our dreams are abstract while we wake up thru the nite with the subsequent dreams adding to our confusion. Chalk them up to our recovery of this whole mess we are going thru. If I told you my dreams you would thank god for yours. I know what mine mean. Mine are a warning, a script of what I'm trying to get rid of, an abnormal sequence of the OM in my life that has no meaning. He does not belong in my life. That's the meaning.
