Cheaters Anonymous Community Group
This is a support group for cheating spouses looking for understanding and strength. Betrayed spouses are welcome to post ONLY if they can do so in a supportive manner (no bashing...these posts will be deleted), and please do not comment on 'Cheaters Only' posts.
Delete him from you life (block his email and phone number) and find new things and people to occupy your time. Yes, the thought of him will be in your head like a nasty ghost, but you must resist the urge. Find someone that you can rely on to talk to every time the temptation hits you. If you slip, do not be afraid to confess that here and we will support you, but at least try to fight the urge and replace it with something else. Keep telling yourself that he is toxic. Repeat it to yourself like a mantra "he is toxic, he is toxic, he is toxic" Take things one day at time. If you can go one day not contacting him then that is success and that means that you can go one more day and then one more and then one day. Just go one day at a time.
Good luck
