I just started therapy. My first session was very painful. Its very hard to look within yourself. I know this is my
only option if I want to get on the right track in my life. I have been very depressed and miserable and sooo tired.
I am scard but I need everyone's prayers and support. Im reading a book call "Let Go and Let God". I love it although I am not connecting to the spriritual side yet, I hope eventually that I get there. I was also advised to read Co-Dependent No More by Melody Beattie. As I start my road to recovery, I am hopeful that I will start feeling some relief within myself. Again I am grateful that I found this websife.
