I just happened to stumble across this group and it’s weird that I did. I am trying to renew my relationship with God. I feel like a user sometimes like if I never had this problem with depression I wouldn’t be here right now. But I also say hey maybe it was supposed to lead me here. I just don’t feel like I’m getting anything out of it. I know it’s not like magic and it’s a process but I don’t think it’s meant to be sometimes
Secondly, to me, No, it is not weird you "stumbled" "across this group".
God put it out there for you to stumble on. He does strange and wonderful things like that. And, one of the first actions in your renewing your relationship with God.
I am a little confused at your use of "user". That has a Very bad connotation for me. Explain a little more, please.
And, of course God led you here. In a weird way, this is the answer to a few issues you have brought to Him.
And, just my opinion, but things that happen in life (weather life in general or spiritual) It is 10% the action. 90% your reaction. So, the majority of what you get out of life is into proportion to what you put into it. You can't just sit back and expect God to do all the work (although, most the "work" is him) you do have to work With Him to get the full effect.
I can be very open and honest about these things. Some even call it "rude". I call it "thought provoking".
