This all started when I was in my early 30's. I often have some shoulder pain and neck pain. I only massage it and put some muscle pain gel to ease the pain. Pain subsides after a day so I thought it was a result of using a ln elevated pillow when I sleep. I am now 37 and the pain come and goes until recently I noticed that the pain in my left shoulder are getting too often. If I stand for a long period of time, I feel pain from my feet up until my leg muscles. The only time I knew about CDDD is when I followed my friend in a hospital and while waiting for him I decided to see a doctor to get a medicine for what I believed is a regular muscle pain. I was referred to a Rheumatic Section and then the doctor explain to me that the usual caused of a shoulder pain comes from the neck affecting the shoulders, arms and even legs and recommended that I undergo an Xray. That is the time when her initial diagnosis is confirmed that I am having a CDDD. Given me a medication. Two weeks from now I will visit her again for a follow up check up.Hoping for the best
