It still chokes me up. I had tears in my eyes again. I love Ted Lasso and would highly recommend watching it if you can. I generally have to come up with answers because i am in charge. But i do look things up and i'll take a class in it if i think i need to know more about something because something keeps coming up and none of us really know what it is. if i can't figure it out, i may ask around, but i'll check the answer anyway because people lie a lot and make up answers. its better to look things up.

i would ask the president why our country isn't socialist like all of western europe is. why are we so behind the times?

How do you show respect? boundaries? manners? by treating all living things the same, same manners, please, thank you, sorry, excuse me, if its an animal or a tree -- all the same, still alive. it also makes it easier, you don't have to think, oh say it like this for this one and not for that one. way too difficult. just the same all across the board. boundaries, staying out of other people's things of course. giving others space, that 3 feet thing in person or very hands off in general.

Respect is treating someone else as you wish to be treated. I personally do not wish to be treated like an idiot or a child or beneath someone else in any way, so I would never do that to anyone else. Even if I disagree with someone or have an issue with them I do my best to not be disrespectful because I don't feel it is ever helpful or appropriate. I tend to try to be as nice as possible about matters unless I find I'm getting nowhere that way, in which case I might need to be more forceful about matters, but still, I try to maintain a certain respectfulness. Being disrespectful is just rude and I refuse to stoop to that level so long as I can manage not to.

I avoid them!! unless i can't because its a bully-manager or something - then i still try to avoid them wearing headphones, arriving at the last minute, whatever it takes to not be around them and hoping and praying they screw up enough so they will be gone.
