ok so. ive been hospitalized 4 times for overdose, i have arrhythmia and other hart isues that are "self given" due to this adiction and i dont just drink to much damn soda. at my worst this was my dayly list (now im not this bad)
-4 largest cans of monster
-4 2leaters of valt
-4 largest cans of rock star
-3 5 hour energys
-handfulls of caffeine pills
-midol when i got any phisical pain (i have severe pain isues) this contains 60mg of caffeine
-any way it could get into my body.
-caffeine surup on my brakefast (yes it exists)
- i even mixed caffeine pouder into my water.
so its an adiction and whenever i ask for help all i get is laffs... "thats not a real adiction" just cause its not bloody ilegal.
also my day with no caffeine is no i feel drowsy i get full withdraw i cant move get severe migraine and hyperventilate , i lose my sight due to anxiety , my vains burn as if there is napalm in them, i am gittery and usualy get worse as time passes i have muscle spasms. and even my doctor says caffeine isnt that bad.
btw now im down to midol only for cramps (which i get realy bad) and 4 sodas a day 2 if i have a energy drink. oh and about 3.78 leters of green tea (green tea is good for the heart)
Hi,
I totally understand you - it's ridiculous that caffeine is legally sold in highly concentrated amounts when it is one of America's number one addictions. Just because it's "socially acceptable," that definitely doesn't make it good for anybody. I struggled with getting off caffeine, and it didn't work until I changed my diet and sleep schedule.
I found a great diet to provide steady energy throughout the day here: http://www.timesmartme.com/timetips/diet/steady-energy-diet/... it works gradually so that your body has time to adjust to the changes. I force myself to go to bed at the same time every night too, and now I don't even crave caffeine after two months! You can do it; don't give up-
All the best,
Jack
