I heard back from DS today... Woot!


Apparently there's been some changes with regards to their email address and for some reason the CL address wasn't getting through


They haven't been getting our emails


Hopefully the problem is being fixed now


Rob wondered if there is anywhere else he/they should be in touch with us so I mentioned this group...xo

I am glad it was a problem of theirs and they weren't just ignoring us. I wrote 3 emails to them. Two through the CL email and one through the feedback form and not one was even acknowledged as having been received!

Just pretending we are not here adds insult to injury.

I don't know what you did to get them to reply to you but Thankyou!

I'm with Bob as to being relieved that they weren't ignoring us, that it was that the emails weren't getting through to them. Thanks for persevering for us, SunCloud.

From my reckoning they stopped replying 2 years ago.

Surely someone must have wondered why they hadn't seen anything from any CLs in that time?

And nobody from DS looked onto their own board to see if the CLs were still around? Not once?

Good question, acuriousfish. Jesse would've been on it. But that's why I figure that Jesse was hired away. Now that after 2 years we do know what the problem was I hope we can establish some helpful communication and make it a "better 2 years late than never" situation that's fruitful.

Again, thanks, SunCloud, for working on this until you got through to what the issue was. Any ideas from any among us as to how to use the resolution of this problem to the best advantage area welcome on my part, for sure.

    Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job.  It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it.  Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown.  There was a full length mirror in the changing room.  I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like.  It was a reality check.
