Connection problem.

Way back last winter, I was frustrated over DS not replying to my emails sent through the emergence contact number for Community Leaders.  Then I forgot about it because things were running pretty smooth but a few days ago, I had something very important come up and seriously wondered how to contact them.   I was afraid they wouldn't get it so I sent my question on the regular feedback form for customer support. Thank God it worked!  Then I sent another question asking for verification about using the member's form for CL matters. It was answered in a timely fashion.....Here is Debs Response"

I am glad you shared this, Bob! I agree with Sun that each of the CLs are ready and willing to help as together we are able to reach far more in positive connections.

I have not had to go to help desk for a while, because I came to the CLs for help.

Here's to helping each other and thanks again for sharing!!!!!

I'm like SunCloud, too, bobinmaine. Thanks for passing the message on. The problem I've had lately isn't a CL problem, it's getting that "error message" one of my group's members mentioned on the open board this week. When I saw your thread title refer to a connection issue I thought maybe it was that, but no.

Again, I appreciate your passing this message on in case I need to use it as a CL.

It seems that we can't use the CL address anymore... I tried last week... I think that we should have our address since we volunteer for the site

    I did the dumbest thing today.  I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds.  I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym.  What a dummy!
