Sometimes we are screaming so loud it makes it impossible for us to listen. This has been my experience.

I do need to calm down and be still, and listen. I am going to try and work on that, now that DH is home, and I can have him wrangle the kids to keep them out of my hair for some peace and quiet time!

I have this song and whenever I feel sad I listen to it. It helps - even if I cannot scream (I'm afraid it'll draw attention to me).

I could just scream ,they are trying the man that killed a Montgomery police officer that was a member of my church.I had to call in information on the shooting , it is all that is in the news.
It was 3 weeks latter that i had to help my employees and get the gunman away from them.
I lissened to christen songs all night, it helped me sleep.
