Borderline Personality Disorder Community Group
For people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, or family dealing with someone who has been diagnosed. BPD is an extremely difficult mental illness to deal with and I am hoping to be able to share experiences, advice and support to help people living with it.
I have BPD and Depression but my therapist says I don't have Depression but says that BPD is what I have. Can someone have BPD and Depression as well. I have been diagnosed with BPD and Depression together can anyone help me with this situation and give me advice on what to do.

yes. BPD typically expresses itself through other mental health issues. I have BPD but also suffer with sexual issues, depression, anger, anxiety, grief. Honestly, start with wiki and google search to start learning about the condition. It is also often misdiagnosed because this disorder can express itself in such different ways. I hope this helps!
