I am 56 and feel like I am losing my mind. I think I have BPD. My therapist is shit. the ones before were worse. I am feeling very suicidal. I can't regulate myself at all anymore since my job ended. Can anyone help me here? Also my weight (obese) and eating are completely out of control.
I have BPD, I know how you feel. I live in the UK and I’ve had no help hardly at all. Here they don’t even want to recognise it.
I suffer from suicidal thoughts it’s part of the condition.
