Yrod has come up with a good topic. How many pills do you take each day? My list is smaller than it used to be. I take 2 pills for blood pressure, 2 for fluid, 1 Vitamin D, 1 cholesterol, 1 anti-depressant, 1 aspirin, and 1 fiber. i used to take 2 for diabetes, but have it under control now.

I TAKE 5 PILSS A DAY-BLOOD PRESSURE, CHOLESTRAL, 2 VITAMIN D, AND CYMBALTA ANXIETY AND FIBRO.

Mine is small right now.
One pill-Remeron.
(anxiety/depression) I used to take vitamins but stopped, I have that Hemochromatosis, I was told (iron overload) I was told to not take any pills with Iron.

I know that I need to take Vitamin D though, a cousin of mine was found to be severely low on that, and it really is a necessary thing.

I take three. Blood pressure, water pill, and Prilosec.

Foxysdad. I seem to just have to take so many pills for all that is wrong with me. Finally after my Doctor nagged at me for about 2 years I consented to taking 2 depression pills a day. She explained that having so much pain from the fibro that it does cause depression. Well I did not feel sad. I was not crying. But I must say this. After taking them for a few months I realized that I was a much happier person. Hmm. Guess my Dr. really knew what she was talking about. Also, I know that my depression pills have helped me out so much. Last March my Man was diagnosed with cancer. Then last month my doctor had me take an MRI on my brain. Now in January I must have another MRI. Yes it is scary and sad with both of us being a bit serious now. But once again I feel that I am taking all this quite well. I attribute it to my famous meds. So my point of telling you folks about this is to tell you do not resist when your Dr suggests certain meds for you. My attitude has changed alot about all my meds. I am just so happy that all of these medicines have been invented. They have helped me so much. Good grief what would my life be like without them.? I am one lucky girl to be able to have them. Now all of you- - you take your meds just like your Dr. said for you to do. Nag nag huh? I do care about all of you.
