I got a box in the mail today. It wasn't very big but very light. Just a 6" cube. It was from my cpap machine supplier. I figured it must be a year's supply of the 2 machine filters. The first thing I found when I opened it up was a content list which I didn't read. There wasn't any packing material. Then, at the very bottom of the box was a packet of 2 microfilters,,2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. That big box for something they could have mailed in a letter envelope. Go figure!
