My life was so devastated by my ex that I'm still not healed. I go to the gym occasionally but my heart just isn't in it anymore. I feel like if I wasn't good enough when I was in the best shape of my life, then why bother?
Now I have changed jobs and I work at a mostly sitting job. I have gained even more weight. I don't go tanning anymore because it started causing cysts. And I can't seem to get my hair to do any but be ugly. I look in the mirror and don't recognize myself. I see a monster. My current boyfriend seems to like thicker girls, but I don't see how he can stand to touch me. Again, I feel in a situation where I'm panicking that if I don't starve myself and run, I won't be able to keep my boyfriend. I hate feeling like I need to do this destructive behavior, even tho it's supposedly more healthy. Just like boob jobs are destructive but can get you ahead in life. I wish I could stop obsessing about my body and hair but I can't. I was a bartender for years and I learned that the way you look directly influences how people like you and treat you.
I found porn sites on my boyfriend's phone yesterday. It made me feel really bad. No wonder he doesn't pay attention to me. It's just so hard to eat healthy when your significant other eat junk all the time and alcoholic. And only hit gym twice a week when I have the car we share.
I've been thinking maybe a haircut and new makeup would cheer me up. I can't afford new clothes and everyone at work dresses so much nicer. I just know if I do cut my hair I will still hate it and wear my extensions. Idk what is wrong with me. I've just never been happy in my body.
