I dislike myself

Honestly i have nothing else to say but that i really dislike myself.i dont know what to do anymore to feel better in my own skin. I compare myself to every woman that i think is beautiful. I really dont like going outside anymore. I think this could even cause me to leave my bf with who ive been together for 2 yrs.

I understand. It sucks and it is hard. I think we girls are taught from a young age that we are good for nothing but our looks. We are taught to be self conscious and constantly compare to other girls. A girl who is the right body type and shape and who is pretty is automatically more well liked and respected. People look up to her and listen to her even if she is stupid and has nothing interesting to say.
Why are people like that?
My fiance says I am annoying but he will never understand because he isn't female. He will never know what it is like for my worth to be judged by my looks and not my knowledge or level of competence.
He also doesn't seem to understand that a person's personality is very much judged by their looks. Idk why he can't understand that. A book is judged by it's cover. It is. That's reality.
It doesn't matter who I surround myself with, I always feel bad about myself and hard on myself to be better. It's so hard to get out of that mindset.
Maybe watch YouTube. That makes me feel better.
