WITHOUT SPOT OR BLEMISH
Matthew 4:6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Satan knows what is written in the Word of God. Satan is trying to tempt Jesus by using God’s Word.
Psalm 91:11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
Psalm 91:12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
We know and understand that Jesus was perfect and sinless. Why did God inspire Matthew to write about the angels actually lifting up the physical body of Jesus of off the ground, if necessary, to keep Jesus from even stubbing His feet?
The point I am trying to make is that Jesus had to be without spot or blemish physically? Jesus had to be perfect in every way for God to accept Him as the only sacrifice to pay for our sins. Read this verse:
John 1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
In our next lesson, we will go back again to the Old Testament to further explain how Jesus was presenting Himself as the one and only Lamb of God.

Whenever I refer to "the good fight " I am referring to a spiritual fight Not physical .
The sword of God is spiritual Not a real sword . It is the Word of The Father .
I become fearful at times but am made stronger when I pray or read The Scriptures . We must not let fear takeover when we want to shine for others .
When fear fills my mind I must try to remember "fear" is a lie of the evil one .
Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God
