Beth is %110 right!!!! It is healthy to be slim and "toned" as you've said. There was only one Samson. You should be happy with the body that God gave you. He created each of us as individuals. Don't worry yourself trying to be someone else. It is truly wasted ambition to do so. And YES our spiritual strength is much more important.

Agree with Beth and Suicidalnomore..I think it would be very boring if we all looked like one body type..My late granddad was small, used to joke about catching his backside when he stepped off the pavement.. but he was Big in every other way..Spirituality , morally,... he is remembered by ever so many people and not for his height or body-shape..X

I find the eyes..Looking into the window of our souls to be the most beautiful part of man or woman.

If I could share a story.. When I was in college years I would not date a guy that was not really good looking and quite frankly I was very shallow about that. I soon discovered that good looks do not mean someone comes with a good heart! Looks fade, personality is what I found myself looking for. The guy I married is considered by some to not be 'great looking' but to ME, he's the most gorgeous man on earth!! He has a loving heart and he is GOOD to me. I sure don't miss the 'model perfect' guys of my past. We are in our 50's now and I am SO happy he's in my life.

I hope this makes sense to you. A valuable mate looks for the HEART and how you make them FEEL!

I'm with you all the way Rachel and I must admit that I am just a bit jealous (I know that is NOT supposed to be in our Christain vocabulary or lives) of people who have truly "piercing" eyes. Some of the blue and green eyes are so so beautiful. I am stuck with my good old baby browns!!! LOL

WHAT'S FUNNY IS TO THINK I WAS UGLY MY WHOLE LIFE. NOW AT 64 I LOOK BACK AT PICTURES AND SAY WOW I WAS PRETTY GOOD LOOKING. AND GOD BLESSED ME WITH BEAUTIFUL HAZEL "CAT" EYES. IN FACT MY HUSBAND OF 27 YEARS TOLD ME ON THE NIGHT WE MET THAT HE WANTED TO SEE ME AGAIN, IF ONLY TO LOOK INTO MY EYES. I ONLY SAY THIS BECAUSE WE MAY NOT ALWAYS THINK WE ARE WHAT WE WANT OF OURSELVES, BUT OTHERS SEE US MUCH DIFFERENTLY.

THERE IS NOTHING MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN A LEAN AND TONED BODY, AND I HOPE AT 64 YOU HAVE THAT.
