You are soooooooo right. Panic times are a great time to remember Jesus.
But, we must learn to lean on Him, no matter what situation we get ourselves into. When we try to do things by yourself, that's when Jesus is standing right behind us, waiting for us to remember He's there!!!
No matter what it is we have done to get there!!!!
We would pray for kittens and puppies, for mommy and Daddy. for bratty little siblings too. For a fun vacation, and snow for Christmas...
we learnt to pray for those in our group who were sick or hurt.
Tjhe most ouching prayers I ever heard was one repeating prayer God save MY Grandpa...
every week for several years that same request came from the girls of one family.
And pray we did faithfully week after week year after year.
Then one day soon afteer the Grandma died the prayer came to fruition, only weeks before Grandpa stepped into eternity He had given his life to Jesus.
The result of one simple prayer faithfully prayed .
Exodus 33:11
And the Lord spoke unto Moses face to face, as a man would speak unto his friend.
So, talking to Him ALL the time, well, it's easy!!!
