Beyond Medication Community Group
In this group we will be looking at alternative or supplementary methods of dealing with every day stressors and anxiety. This is for people who do not want to feel as though they do not want to be tied to the medicine cabinet. We will be using such techniques as mindfulness, meditation, grounding, guided imagery, Yoga and other behavioral and self-discipline techniques...

I don't look at stats because, if I did, I would never have come upon homeopathy, which has like a less than 1 percent rating. It is tedious and must be used when you are in good physical health (it is integrative after all).
People don't realize this then try it and it fails. Or, they don't realize that measures of health have to be according to natural meds standard not conventional.
So, I have to say that I can't use stats a t all. I usually end up doing that opposite of what stats say. The only stats I would look at would be of a study of the people who tried a treatment under proper conditions. This is easiest to find if you ask a practitioner that uses it, whether it be energy healing, homeopathy, herbology.... I also look at the stats of success for a doctor that usus the treatment that I choose beforehand.
I have either beaten the odds or just straight out prove the Statistic wrong 90% of the time. I won't get into what some of those were cause they could be triggering to others.
Let's take an example you will relate too, Satistics say Bipolars must stay on medication, I was stable off them over 2 years and had it not been for a medical illness I would still be med free.
What I'm trying to say here is go with what works for you, you know your body better than anyone else.
Personal knowledge over Statistical Data.
Take care my friend
