I was given valium due to a breavement 5 years ago, I find I am still on them, but, now addicted to them especially at night. I have nightmare's on a regular basis and find I take them at night as much as 10mg , sometimes during the day, i have weaned myself off to 2mg and then somthing happens and I am back to square one yet again
