Wow, never expected to see something like this homie, but then again, you haven't been in this group for a while. I love how you always bring up what you want to and don't give a sh%$ who thinks what. I used to smoke a lot. I don't see it as a sin, I mean there are lots of studies out there that prove that smoking weed is not bad for you, but then again there are lots that prove that it is bad for you. I think that sort of thing becomes sinful nature when it starts to displace the good in your life. They say that everything in moderation is okay. Obviously sin is not good no matter what. But Jesus came and was slaughtered so we could live out our lives the only way we know how to: in sin. I am not condoning sin, but the fact of the matter is that we all sin, everyday and there is no way around it. Those who have found Jesus know that they still sin, but He took away the consequences with His blood. Good topic homes. God Bless

smoked it when I was in my teens, never did nothing for me not even the munchies...If God put it here, for he created the earth and everything in it, then theres a reason for it and no I don't believe my master smoked it or the good book would have mention it.

Shaner would you please direct me to a single one of those "lots of studies that PROVE that smoking weed is not bad for you? The world can PROVE anything depending on what one accepts as proof. Everything on earth is from God. So is poison ivy but that does not make it acceptable to smoke or use to tidy up after ones morning constitution.

tried it when I was much younger, never really thought abouit this way. I have a 19 year old that I know uses it but I do not condone it.

If you read any of the blogs that the resident doctors write here, on this site. Dr. Sharon Orrange wrote a blog on marijuana and she wrote about all the different studies that were done on this. According to all the differing results, the "jury is still out" on marijuana. There are studies that prove that istdoes not have a significant negative effect on your cognition and whatnot, there are also studies that contradict those. So, that is why I presented that neutral stance on this issue.

Yes, before and after but stopped when I got closer to the Lord. I get high on the life he's given me. Not on any drug that clouds my mind. Yes, He made the plant but not for the express purposes of getting high.
I don't know if it's a sin or not. I just personally feel right doing it now.
And to me, just even considering that Jesus smoked it anywhere is blasphemy. He was holy. How could you EVEN think that is beyond me.
