Advice on becoming a foster parent
my parents are trying to foster my nephew. But my stepdad has a felony from 14 years ago (aggravated assault). They already had a home study and did interviews with cps. Despite my stepdads felony, they really are great people and good parents. So my question is.. would it be possible that they could foster my nephew even with the felony? Has anyone here been through it?

Depends are where you live, maybe. My experience between 2 city's in 2 different states? The rules and laws are you look pretty, them they do whatever they want.
