If you had a bad break up and are having a hard time this group is for you!
My girlfriend left while I was out. I came home to a letter telling me she was moving out. I am having a hard time understanding why and not being able to stop analyzing everthing. Up to when she left I thought everthing was fine.

I'm sorry you were left in such a unkind way, truthfully when a break up happens like that it's either a abusive one or there were signs ignored for a very long time, you know exactly who this woman is so I ask you Was she with you because of what you did for her? Were you buying her affection? Were you cheating? Did you pressure her to do something you knew she wasn't comfortable doing?
